The NC Laws, Rules, and Legal Concepts Course is one of three mandatory 30-hour Postlicensing courses that newly licensed North Carolina provisional brokers must complete within 18 months of licensure. This course builds upon the foundational knowledge from Prelicensing education, providing an advanced understanding of key legal and regulatory topics essential for real estate professionals.
