The Contracts and Closing Course is one of three mandatory 30-hour Postlicensing courses required for newly licensed North Carolina provisional brokers. This course builds on the foundational knowledge from Prelicensing education, offering a deeper exploration of essential topics crucial to real estate professionals.

- Preparation and procedures for real estate sales contracts
- Buyer’s due diligence
- Closing procedures and disclosures
- The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
- Contracts for deed and options
- License status and continuing education requirements
Students will not be permitted to continue a class without proof of purchase of required textbooks/manuals and materials.
