The First Flight Real Estate Academy Advantage

Smaller Class Sizes

At First Flight Real Estate Academy we intentionally limit class sizes to make sure that each student receives personalized instruction, ample opportunities for questions, and meaningful interactions with instructors.

Proven Expertise

Learn from seasoned realtors and investors who bring years of hands-on experience in the North Carolina market, ensuring practical knowledge beyond just passing the exam.

Remote Learning

First Flight Real Estate Academy offers you the opportunity to learn right from the comfort of your own home. Offline meetings with instructors are also available offering you the best of both worlds.

Pre-Licensing

The NC Real Estate Broker Prelicensing Course is the mandatory first step to becoming a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. This course covers essential topics like real estate law, contracts, property management, financing, and the NC Real Estate Commission rules. It prepares students for the state licensing exam and provides a strong foundation for a successful real estate career.

Post-Licensing

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requires new licensees to complete three 30-hour Post-licensing courses within 18 months to remove the provisional status and become a non-provisional broker. These courses cover key topics such as NC Law, Rules & Legal Concepts, Broker Relationships & Responsibilities, and Contracts & Closings.

Continuing Education

By June 10th of every year, North Carolina real estate brokers are required to complete 4 hours of continuing education electives. To assist brokers with satisfying this requirement, we have assembled a strong collection of self-paced elective classes covering a range of topics from home inspections to understanding real estate tax implications.

Updates

In addition to completing 4 hours of electives by June 10th of every year, North Carolina real estate brokers are also required to complete a 4-hour update class. Whether you are a broker who needs the complete the General Update or you are a broker in charge who needs to complete the BIC Update, we have you covered.
